Monday, Monday, Monday

Its Monday again, and we are focusing on our American dollar. Our economy is reaching a second 'depression' with the value of the dollar receding alongside China's export imperialism. Our generation of Americans need to put our thinkers together on this one. Marketing alone will not cure this world of it's cancer. Many changes need to take way, and our economy is the only thing holding old technology in place. If it weren't for billion dollar companies, we would be able to adopt new highly technological advancements in our methods. Instead, we are tightly secured within the petroleum age and cannot emerge without the right funding. Greedy Neo-cons will never let these advancements happen, because they need every penny they can get their grubby hands on. The middle class is splitting into two sections and will eventually evaporate back into nobles and serfs. Maybe once the US dollar has collapsed these world bankers will finally succumb to 'Greener' solutions. And that's another thing, This whole 'Green' movement- Is it good or is it bad? Well that is for you to decide. I can give you a low down on the pros and cons though. Just as 'Organic Food' was the previous eco-friendly movement, now a days there are so many lenient laws about what is considered organic and what is not. The word 'organic' is abused now a days, and as is the future for this 'Green' movement. It is good to have companies aware of becoming more 'Green', but some companies will abuse this term as well. They will dilute it into a marketing ploy. 'Buy from us, were 'Green'!' So I am weary of this 'Green' movement. Personally, I believe all companies should have certain 'Green' standards. But of course, the standards they do have are nothing in comparison to real eco-friendly companies. The main point here is that becoming 'Green' takes quality resources, which means more money spent on quality product. Every company cuts pennies to make more of a profit, so for these cheap, greedy companies to relax and stop buying from China... It will never happen. We all need change, and need to volunteer money to help support the 'Green' movement. It's the people with all the money that should be helping out the most, because they helped pollute this planet. NOT the middle class people that can hardly afford to live comfortably. Honestly, they are the only ones who care enough and will reduce their 'quality of life' to help in this 'Green' movement. Stop making the little guys fight the war that the largest of people created. WAKE UP!
