Monday is a hurricane

Once I thought I saw you in a crowded hazy bar, dancing on the light from star to star. Far across the moon beam I know that's who you are, I saw your brown eyes turning once to fire. You are like a hurricane, there's calm in your eye. And I'm gettin' blown away to somewhere safer where the feeling stays. I want to love you but I'm getting blown away. I am just a dreamer, but you are just a dream. You could have been anyone to me. Before that moment you touched my lips, that perfect feeling when time just slips away between us on our foggy trip.

Thursday is Imagined

Imagine there's no heaven, it's easy if you try. No hell below us, above us only sky. Imagine all the people living for today... Imagine there's no countries, it isn't hard to do. Nothing to kill or die for and no religion too. Imagine all the people living life in peace... You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us and the world will be as one. Imagine no possessions, I wonder if you can. No need for greed or hunger, a brotherhood of man. Imagine all the people sharing all the world... You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us and the world will live as one!

Monday is Nice

Wouldn't it be nice if we were older, then we wouldn't have to wait so long. And wouldn't it be nice to live together in the kind of world where we belong. You know its gonna make it that much better when we can say goodnight and stay together. Wouldn't it be nice if we could wake up in the morning when the day is new. And after having spent the day together hold each other close the whole night through. Happy times together we've been spending, I wish that every kiss was neverending. Wouldn't it be nice? Maybe if we think and wish and hope and pray it might come true. Baby, then there wouldn't be a single thing we couldn't do. We could be married and then we'd be happy. Wouldn't it be nice? You know it seems the more we talk about it, it only makes it worse to live without it. But lets talk about it, wouldn't it be nice?
